Study status reference

Every study moves through these statuses over its lifetime. Not every role sees every status label exactly this way — Hospital-facing names may differ slightly.

Status	What it means
Awaiting Referral	Uploaded by the hospital; referral not yet attached
Awaiting Allocation	Referral complete; waiting for an Administrator to assign a radiologist
Allocated	Assigned to a radiologist; not yet accepted
Accepted	The radiologist has accepted the study
Rejected	The radiologist declined; returned to Administrator for reassignment
In Progress	The radiologist has opened the study in the viewer
Reported	A signed report has been uploaded; visible to the hospital
Dispatched	An internal status indicating the report has been sent onward
Paid	The hospital has approved the invoice
